Grooming Agreement/Cancellation Policy

Every client is required to sign a grooming agreement prior to any grooming service.

We value your pet and want to ensure that your pet’s grooming experience is as safe and enjoyable as possible. At Honest Groomers, safety comes first for our clients, groomers, and animals. 

Upon your arrival, you will be presented with our standard grooming agreement. The agreement will include our terms and conditions as a business.

All appointments made through text, phone call or instagram will be asked to provide a credit card to be put on hold.

Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment.

A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be given a grace period of 15 more minutes.                                                                                                                        (Ex: Appointment time is 11 am, you have til 11:15 am, anything after that is $1/minute up to 30 min.)  After 30 min. we will cancel your appointment.
