All deposits are non-refundable and $18 go towards the price of service. Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment. A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be given a grace period of 15 more minutes. (Ex: Appointment time is 11 am, you have til 11:15 am, anything after that is $1/minute up to 30 min.) After 30 min. we will cancel your appointment.
